Gardeen Housing Association: Annual General Meeting 2024
Gardeen Housing Association held its 35th Annual General Meeting on Tuesday 10 September 2024. This was held in Barlanark Community Centre. 26 members were welcomed to the meeting, representing a third of the membership. The annual accounts for 2023-2024 were presented by CT Auditors and approved. Members were updated on the performance of the Association, the results of the tenant satisfaction survey from Resource Research, planned maintenance programme and plans for the future.
Members were asked to provide feedback on their priorities and received an update on the assurance statement. Members were encouraged to be involved in the Association, and one tenant expressed an interest in joining the Management Committee.
