Independent Valuation of Gardeen Homes
Every five years, we instruct an independent valuation company to value the worth of Gardeen homes.
We have asked a company called JLL to inspect around 20 homes to carry out a valuation. The inspection will only take around 20 minutes.
JLL will then provide an independent valuation, and we can use this information to check that we have enough money for future maintenance work.
Surveyors will be in the Gardeen area the week beginning 23 June 2025 and the week beginning 30 June 2025. Please contact the office if you require additional information.
